Rules governing the consumer protection guarantee:

Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability

  • This product is covered by a warranty in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • If the product does not work properly, please contact our after-sales service promptly.

  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product.

  • The warranty automatically becomes void if the damage is caused by the use of non-original parts and/or by disassembly or repair carried out by unauthorised persons or entities.

  • The product warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use, accidents, or failure to follow the instructions for use.

  • The product warranty does not cover damage or loss relating to the user's personal belongings, including, by way of example but not limitation, any photographic devices or other personal property.

The rules governing the consumer protection guarantee are contained in the D.L. 24 of February 2, 2002, to which reference is made for anything not specified in this certificate.

 

Warranty conditions:

In particular, the following are not covered by the guarantee:
Natural wear of consumables such as gaskets, batteries, footboards, fairings, light sources and parts subject to friction during normal operation.

Also excluded from any warranty are products that have not been used in compliance with the usage notes contained in the user manual, in particular: products not protected from water (in compliance with the IP protection degree specified on the appliance label) and consequently no longer functioning due to this; structural failures that indicate use with a weight greater than the maximum allowed (in particular use by two persons) or breakages due to impacts and/or falls.

Failures caused by inexperience or poor maintenance.
Negligence or improper use by the buyer.
Tampering or incorrect repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties; damage due to negligence or deriving from shocks or from falls or collisions.

Products used for commercial rental, hire or equivalent uses are excluded from any guarantee.
Damage resulting from transport carried out by the buyer is excluded.
In case of receipt of damaged material after a third-party transport, the buyer is required to report the occurrence immediately to the sender.
